About the role
We are hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. You will digitise HR processes and own implementation, support, and optimisation of SuccessFactors modules.
Responsibilities
- Implement SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.)
- Analyse customer needs and propose the right SuccessFactors solutions
- Run configuration, testing, and go-live activities
- Deliver training and prepare system documentation
- Manage and develop SuccessFactors integrations
- Support integration topics with SAP HCM processes
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree (CS, Industrial Engineering, Business, Labour Economics, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Solid SuccessFactors module knowledge
- Skilled in process analysis and improvement
- Knowledge of SAP HCM and integration processes
- Intermediate English
- Team player, customer-focused, with strong communication skills
