About the role
We are hiring an SAP HCM Consultant for SAP HCM projects. You will bring expertise in Payroll, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and SAP Fiori to deliver customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, etc.)
- Manage, configure, and optimise Payroll, EC, and ECP processes
- Improve UX with SAP Fiori and build Fiori-based solutions
- Analyse needs and propose the right SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions
- Deliver training and prepare system documentation
- Manage and develop SAP SuccessFactors integrations
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree (CS, Industrial Engineering, Business, Labour Economics, etc.)
- Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects
- Knowledge of Payroll, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
- Skilled in process analysis and improvement
- Intermediate English
- Team player, customer-focused, with strong communication skills
