We are hiring an SAP HR Consultant for SAP HR projects. You will bring deep SuccessFactors and SAP HCM expertise to design fit-for-purpose solutions and play an active delivery role.

• Configure SAP HR modules to company needs and implement required adaptations
• Analyse HR processes and implement SAP HR solutions efficiently
• Run functional testing, support UAT, and resolve technical issues quickly
• Document changes, configuration, and processes to share knowledge
• Collaborate with technical teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties
• Manage data analysis and reporting for HR processes via SAP HR
• Deliver training for effective use of SAP HR systems
• Follow updates and drive best practices in SAP HR systems

careerPage.jobDetail.qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field
• Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules (EC, Payroll, Time Management, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
