We are hiring an SAP HCM Consultant for SAP HCM projects. You will bring expertise in Payroll, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and SAP Fiori to deliver customer solutions.

• Implement and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, etc.)
• Manage, configure, and optimise Payroll, EC, and ECP processes
• Improve UX with SAP Fiori and build Fiori-based solutions
• Analyse needs and propose the right SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions
• Deliver training and prepare system documentation
• Manage and develop SAP SuccessFactors integrations

careerPage.jobDetail.qualifications

• Relevant university degree (CS, Industrial Engineering, Business, Labour Economics, etc.)
• Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects
• Knowledge of Payroll, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
• Skilled in process analysis and improvement
• Intermediate English
• Team player, customer-focused, with strong communication skills
