About the role
We are hiring a Customer/Sales Manager to build strong customer relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and help the company achieve its sales targets while improving satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle (proposal, negotiation, close) and hit sales targets
- Build long-term relationships, understand needs, and develop solution-led approaches
- Generate new opportunities and expand the customer portfolio
- Monitor market trends and competitors to shape strategic sales plans
- Report sales activities, analyse performance, and recommend improvements
- Define and execute strategies for annual and periodic sales goals
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team when required
- Use CRM effectively to keep customer data current and track opportunities
Qualifications
- University degree (preferably Business, Marketing, or related)
- At least 3 years in sales and account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Results-oriented with analytical thinking
- Proactive, motivated attitude towards targets
- CRM experience preferred
