A New Milestone in the TEDÜOne Transformation Program

As part of the TEDÜOne Transformation Program, launched by TED University with the vision of “Unifying Corporate Management and Enabling a Holistic Transformation of the Student Experience,” the OneCore Project successfully went live on September 1, 2026.

As a first-of-its-kind initiative in Turkish higher education and a pioneering structure globally, the project consolidated the finance, human resources, and procurement processes of TED University, its Economic Enterprise, TEDUTech, and the TED Foundation onto a single digital backbone.

The project encompasses:

• Cloud-based finance and operations management with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud,
• Modern human resources management with SAP SuccessFactors,
• RTC e-Transformation and e-Account Summary integrations,
• Full integration with On-Premise SLCM and FI-CA modules,
• A seamless and integrated user experience enabled by SSO (Single Sign-On) infrastructure.

In just five months, a more transparent, integrated, and digital management structure was successfully implemented in line with the “Single Source of Truth” approach.

Following the successful go-live, Phase 2 activities have also commenced, focusing on further enhancing business processes and strengthening the overall user experience.
