Digital Transformation of Time & Attendance Processes at Coca-Cola Kazakhstan Successfully Completed
The digital transformation project covering Time & Attendance and Summarized Working Time Accounting processes for approximately 3,000 employees at Coca-Cola İçecek Kazakhstan has been successfully completed. The new structure enables employee working hours, work schedules, absences, overtime and attendance data to be managed centrally through standardized and transparent processes.
By reducing manual operations and improving data accuracy, the solution provides a more efficient foundation for payroll calculations, workforce planning and regulatory compliance. Integration between HR, time management and ERP processes also ensures consistent data flow, enhanced reporting capabilities and greater operational visibility across the organization.
