SAP SuccessFactors Global Partner Summit 2025 – Exciting News from Barcelona!
We had the pleasure of attending the SAP SuccessFactors Global Partner Summit 2025 in Barcelona, where we gained valuable insights into the future of HR technology and workforce transformation.
One of the key takeaways from the event was understanding how organizations can redesign the way they work and accelerate their transition toward a skills-based workforce.
Key Highlights
- We had the opportunity to hear directly from SAP leaders, including Tim Wassink and Shahzaib Shah, who shared the product roadmaps for strategic solutions such as Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Traditional job title-based hiring is rapidly giving way to a skills-first approach. According to the World Economic Forum, 39% of today's core skills are expected to become obsolete by 2030. As a result, organizations are increasingly investing in workforce upskilling and focusing on future-ready talent. In this transformation, SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub plays a critical role by helping organizations align their workforce capabilities with the skills needed for the future.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the outstanding SAP leaders who made this inspiring event possible and shared their valuable insights: Nick Holmes, Nicolle Gurule Sternberger, Célia Laforêt, Adrienne Rutherford, Utkarsh Parikh, Kevin Nolan, and Nimish Patel.
A special thank you also goes to our colleagues at the SAP Barcelona office, Cemile MADEN and Kıvanç D., for their warm hospitality. Your support made this experience even more meaningful and memorable.
Strong partnerships are the driving force behind successful transformation. We remain committed to reimagining the future of work and empowering every employee to become part of a success story throughout 2025 and beyond.
