The successful completion of Scandens Pharmaceutical's SAP S/4HANA transformation project was supported through the delivery of Independent Project Quality Assurance (PQA) services.

We are pleased to have provided Independent Project Quality Assurance (PQA) services for the SAP S/4HANA digital transformation project of Scandens Pharmaceutical LTD, Azerbaijan's first modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Completed in approximately one year, the project successfully implemented the core SAP S/4HANA modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and PM, establishing an integrated and sustainable digital foundation for the company's operations.

As the first SAP S/4HANA implementation in Azerbaijan's pharmaceutical industry, the project represents a pioneering achievement that is helping shape the sector's digital transformation.

Throughout the project, we supported the preservation of quality standards across every critical phase, helping ensure that implementation activities progressed as planned. Through our independent quality assurance approach, we contributed to effective project risk management and supported a successful Go-Live.
