HR Digital Connect Event
On October 15, 2024, we proudly hosted the first HR Digital Connect event in Azerbaijan. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of over 50 Top HR Executives and HR Digitalization professionals of the country. The event commenced with an opening speech of our General Manager, Muhammed KADAN and Managing Director of SAP Azerbaijan, Anar Aliyev, followed by inspiring presentations by subject matter experts from SAP community around topics of: - Top HR Technology trends by @fakhrig- Fakhri Gurbanov; - Impact of artificial intelligence on HR, demonstrating how SAP SuccessFactors' AI applications are transforming our processes by Venelin Todorov; - The new generation payroll system, based on SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll by Michael Brass; - Best practices in Performance and Goal Management, a key part of SAP SuccessFactors talent management modules, by Evgeniy Laptev. The agenda also featured an interactive panel discussion session with HR leaders of PASHA Bank OJSC, Zibeyda Haji and Azercell Telecom LLC, Dilara Huseynova MSc HRM. During this session, we've discussed the outcomes of our joint journeys of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite implementation projects in their respective organizations, emphasizing key considerations for the future cloud transformation initiatives. The audience was highly engaged, gaining valuable insights from the colleagues’ experience. In the closing remark, Anar Aliyev talked to the audience on the adoption of SAP HR solutions in Azerbaijan, providing numerical insights into their tangible benefits to the companies. His speech once again illustrated how SAP SuccessFactors acts as a catalyst in transforming businesses. The success of the first HR Digital Connect event in Azerbaijan fills us with a feeling of pride and motivates to raise the bar even higher in 2025!
