One of the most exciting takeaways was the opportunity to help organizations rethink how work is done and transition successfully to skills-based structures. Key Highlights: We heard directly from SAP leadership, including Tim Wassink Tim Wassink and Shahzaib Shah, about the roadmaps for key modules such as Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking. Hiring based on job titles is becoming outdated. With 39% of essential skills becoming obsolete by 2030 (World Economic Forum), organizations are now prioritizing skill development and focusing on future-ready talent.The SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub was highlighted as a key enabler in this transformation, helping organizations align talent with the skills needed for the future.
